Ticket Return, Exchange & Donation Policy
Tickets may be exchanged or donated back to the Box Office for resale up until the day of the performance. We ask that you please contact the Klein Theatre Box Office no later than noon for evening performances or 10:30 a.m. for matinee performances so we may process the exchange prior to the performance.
Exchanges are only available for performances within the same production and availability may vary. We are unable to exchange tickets for performances you missed.

What if I lose my tickets?
Please contact the Box Office over the phone or in person to have your tickets resent electronically or printed. Printed tickets can be picked up at the Box Office during normal business hours or up to one hour before the performance.
Where is Klein Theatre? Where can I park?
Klein Theatre is in duPont Hall on the University of Mary Washington campus. Our parking lot is located across the street, on the corner of College Avenue and Thornton Street. Patrons may park in the Thornton Street parking lot or along College Avenue.
What time do the doors open? What is the late seating policy?
The house will open 30 minutes before the performance.
Patrons who arrive late may have to wait for the appropriate late seating breaks to avoid disrupting the performance. The House Managers may seat patrons who arrive late in different seats than ticketed to minimize disruption of the performance.
Are food and drink allowed in the theatre?
Only food and beverage sold in the lobby are permitted in the theatre. All drinks must have lids.
Are filming and photography allowed?
Absolutely no photography or videography is permitted in the theatre during the performance. Patrons may take pictures or videos inside the theatre before or after the performance or during intermission.
